Seabass is a toolbox for DJ USB sticks. A stick prepared for both Pioneer and Denon gear carries two or three independent copies of the same library, and they do not talk to each other: set a hot cue in one and the others never hear about it. Seabass treats those copies as one library written several times, and keeps them honest.

  • Full backups of a stick, and restoring them onto any drive
  • Back up cues, ratings and other metadata, and restore them later
  • Find and clean up duplicate tracks, resolving conflicting cues by hand
  • Library health checks that find and repair missing files
  • Statistics about a library and health checks for the stick itself

Seabass works on the library already on your stick. It makes no network request unless you switch on the update check.
