  • Fix missing channel icons.
  • Fix missing programs if there is pagination.
  • Fix missing programs around new year.
  • Fix time zone handling.
  • Show simultaneous programs.
  • Add setting for prefetch period.

Add user interface settings to configure the favorites view.

Improve performance (e.g. avoid unnecessary database access).
